Return Policy

Product Returns

If you wish to return individual products or your entire order, this can be done within 14 days from the day you receive the order.

However, to proceed with the return process, please contact us first.

• Returns are accepted as long as the product has not been worn and is in the original condition in which you received it, along with proof of purchase and its packaging.
• The product can be exchanged for any item of equal or greater value than the original purchase.
• Returns are processed through the courier company BOX NOW for Greece & Cyprus and Postal Office for Europe.
• If you want a different product, please send us the existing one first, and then we will send you the item you have chosen.
• For hygiene reasons, earrings are not returnable.
• Please note that return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
• Products purchased during sales or promotions are not refundable.

 

Defective Products

• In case you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately (within 2 days of receipt) via email at info@hebejewel.com so that we can arrange for its immediate replacement at no charge to you.

 

Money Return

If you would like a refund, you must contact us within 14 days of receipt.

• Returns are accepted as long as the product is intact, unworn, and in its original condition.
• Proof of purchase and the product's packaging are required.
• Please note that the shipping costs of the original order are excluded from the refund amount.
• Returns on earrings are not accepted for hygiene reasons.
