Return Policy

Product Returns

• If you wish to return individual products or your entire order, this can be done within 14 days from the day you receive the order. However, in order to proceed with the change process, we would ask you to contact us first.
• Changes are accepted as long as the product has not been worn and is in the original condition that you received it with the proof of purchase and its packaging.
• The product can be exchanged for any product of equal or greater value than the purchase of the product.
• The return of the products is made through the courier company Geniki Taxydromiki.
• If you want another product, you first send us the existing one, and then we send you the one you have chosen.
• For hygiene reasons, earrings are not returnable.
• Please note that the return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
• Products purchased during sales or offers are not refundable.

Defective Products

• In the event that you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately (within 2 days of receipt) via email at info@hebejewel.com so that we can proceed with its immediate replacement without any charge from you.

Money Return

• In case you want a refund, you must contact us within 14 days of receipt.
• Changes are accepted as long as the product is intact, unworn, and in its original condition.
• There should be proof of purchase as well as the product's packaging.
• Please note that the shipping costs of the original order are excluded from the refund amount.
• Returns on earrings are not accepted for hygiene reasons.
