Do you offer custom or personalized jewelry?

How do you ensure the quality of your jewelry?
Our jewelry is made mainly from high-quality stainless steel and titanium steel, which are both very durable and resistant to tarnishing. Every piece goes through careful quality checks to make sure it meets our standards for craftsmanship, durability, and comfort so you get jewelry that lasts and looks great for a long time
Do you ship within Europe or worldwide?
We currently ship throughout Europe via International Priority Post. For detailed shipping information, please refer to our shipping page (here).
At this time, we do not offer worldwide shipping outside of Europe.

What is the Eras collection and how can I create my own jewelry?
Τhe Eras Collection is inspired by Taylor Swift and her music. We’ve curated charms that reflect her iconic eras, style, and vibe, giving fans the chance to create personalized jewelry.
Currently, you can design your own necklace or bracelet based on your favorite eras. The collection offers both silver and gold options. Simply choose between the necklace, the bracelet, or both, then select your favorite charms. You can add as many charms as you like, but we recommend up to 3 charms for the necklace and up to 10 for the bracelet.
Are the charms pre-attached or do I add them myself? Can I remove or rearrange them?
All charms come pre-attached to your bracelet or necklace.
The necklace features a centered clasp that opens easily, allowing you to remove or add charms whenever you like.
For the bracelet, each charm has its own clasp, so you can remove or rearrange them freely. We build the bracelet for you initially, but you always have the option to customize it anytime.
What materials are the charms and bracelet/necklace made of?
Our Eras bracelets and necklaces are made from stainless steel, which resists tarnishing.
Most charms are also stainless steel, but some are made from gold-plated copper, alloy, or other materials. The material of each charm is clearly listed in its product description. This applies to all jewelry available on our site.
Is there anything I should know about copper or gold-plated charms?
Charms or jewelry made from gold-plated copper are more prone to tarnishing and losing their shine over time.
To extend their lifespan, proper care is essential. Avoid wearing these pieces while showering, swimming, or at the beach.
Also, refrain from spraying perfume or applying lotion directly where the charms touch your skin. Each package includes a jewelry care card with detailed instructions.
